Overview

Easara ("the App") is a personal productivity and wellness app built for your daily self-management. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

      TL;DR: Your data stays on your device. We don't collect, store, or share your personal information. There are no analytics and no tracking. The app shows occasional rewarded ads via Google AdMob.
    

Data Storage

All your data — tasks, journal entries, mood logs, sleep ratings, breathing sessions, streak data, and settings — is stored locally on your device. None of this data is sent to any server.

No cloud sync — your data never leaves your phone
No account or sign-up required
Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all stored data

AI Day Planner (Optional Feature)

The App includes an optional AI-powered day planner. If you use it, the App sends your task list for the selected day to the Google Gemini API to generate a suggested schedule.

Only task titles, dates, mood, and sleep data are sent — no journal entries or personal information
No data is retained by us — refer to Google's AI Terms for their data handling
This feature is entirely optional and the App works fully without it

Data We Do NOT Collect

No personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
No location data
No usage analytics or telemetry
No tracking pixels or cookies
No crash reports sent to external services

Menstrual Cycle Tracker

The App includes an optional menstrual cycle tracking feature. All cycle data (period dates, symptoms, predictions) is stored locally on your device only. This data is never sent to any server, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display occasional rewarded ads (e.g., before using the AI planner). AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. No personal data from the App is shared with AdMob by us.

Third-Party Services

Google Gemini API — optional AI day planner (user-initiated)
Google AdMob — rewarded ad serving

No other analytics, tracking, or third-party services are used.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, there is no risk of children's data being stored or shared.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
